[ FALL 2026 COHORT ]
Founding Growth Partners. Fall 2026 cohort.
K[ai]ros gives business owners their time back. We are taking on a small group of people to introduce us to the ones who need it. Applications close September 11, and we do not accept everyone who applies.
There is an application, a screen, and a twenty minute call. We are looking for judgment about who actually has this problem, not for volume. One introduction can be worth more than a month at any campus job.
[ 01 / WHAT WE ACTUALLY DO ]
Every business has one job nobody enjoys and everybody does anyway. Retyping quotes out of emails. Filling in the same contract summary for the fortieth time. Chasing people for signatures. Copying numbers from one spreadsheet into another.
We build systems that just do that work. The owner forwards an email, and the thing that used to eat their Thursday is already finished.
You can't buy your time back. We're the closest thing to it.
[ 02 / THE OFFER ]
Ten percent of the first contract. Paid once.
A $10,000 contract is a $1,000 payday for making one introduction.
One payment, calculated on the full value of the first contract, sent within fourteen days of that client's first payment clearing to us. Not a share of everything they ever spend, and not something you have to chase across a payment schedule. One introduction, one number, one check.
Payment goes out within 14 days of each client payment.
[ 03 / THE JOB ]
You make the introduction. That is the whole job.
You don't sell. You don't quote a price. You don't explain what we would build for them, because you don't know yet and neither do we until we have talked to them. If you have ever been asked to “get me a meeting,” this is that, except you get paid like it mattered.
[01]
Claim the company.
Before you talk to anyone, put them in the partner directory. That tells you if someone is already working them, and it protects you if they aren't.
[02]
Make the introduction.
A three way text or email. You, us, and them. Two sentences about why you thought of them is enough.
[03]
Hand off.
We take the call, the scoping, the pricing, and the build. You are done, and you hear what happened within 48 hours either way.
[ 04 / WHO THIS WORKS FOR ]
You already know business owners.
Your family owns something. Your friend's dad runs a contracting company. You worked somewhere over the summer where the office manager complained about paperwork every single day. This is the easiest version of the job and the highest paid.
Or you're willing to go find them.
No connections yet is fine. Cold outreach counts and pays exactly the same. It just takes more swings, because a warm introduction turns into a booked call more than half the time and cold runs a few percent. If you're the kind of person who will actually walk into thirty businesses downtown, say so in the application.
You are not a good fit if you want a salary, you want us to hand you a lead list, or you are hoping this is something you set up once and collect from later.
[ 05 / WHAT YOU GET ]
Ten percent of the first contract
On every deal you source.
A real title
Founding Growth Partner, K[ai]ros, and the case for it when you interview.
The partner directory
See what is claimed, and protect what is yours.
A playbook and a live training call
What a good target looks like, what to say, and what never to say.
A direct line to Kyle
Not a form. You text him.
[ 06 / THE HONEST PART ]
This is commission only. There is no salary, no hourly, and no guarantee. If you never make an introduction, you never make a dollar.
You would be an independent contractor, not an employee. You would sign an agreement, and you would fill out a W-9 before you get paid anything, because that is how the IRS works.
We expect two qualified introductions a month. Not because we are counting, but because partners who make one introduction and then wait usually never see a dollar, and then the whole thing feels like a waste of their time. Volume is what makes you money here.
We are two people. Kyle runs the business side, Luke builds. You would work with us directly, which is the good part, and it also means there is nobody else to ask.
[ 07 / YOUR TURN ]
Fall 2026 cohort.
Applications close September 11.
We read them as they come in and we interview on a rolling basis, so applying early is a real advantage. If you're ready now, go now.
It's short. The main question is the only one that matters: name three businesses you could introduce us to in the next month, and how you know each one. If you can't name three, this probably isn't your thing yet, and that's a useful thing to find out in four minutes instead of four months.
Not looking for a role, but you know someone? Send us the one introduction. Same ten percent, no application, no commitment. Send an intro.
